George said: “We set up Gourmet2Go to give premium restaurants and food producers a chance to showcase their food an on app that specialises in top quality produce. Our market research showed there is amazing food on offer on other apps, but products are often alongside options which aren't of the same quality.
“Independent businesses have had a difficult couple of years, with many falling by the wayside in what have been testing times, so we want to use this as a platform to showcase the very best and to give them the wide audience their produce deserves.”
